Our story:
When Bob Faith founded Greystar in 1993, he had a simple vision: to make renting feel better. He believed people deserved more than just a place to live. They needed a trusted partner who cared about their home and the community surrounding it.
More than 30 years later, that vision still guides us. We've listened, learned, and grown alongside our residents to shape spaces and services in ways that really matter to them.

Rent is conveniently due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 3rd—giving you a little extra time for peace of mind.
Elevate is literally BLOCKS away from Dania Beach! Grab a towel, umbrella and some sunscreen! We're going to the beach!
Yes. We offer additional parking for a monthly fee per vehicle—giving you the flexibility you need for extra convenience.
Elevate is served by the Broward County school district (Broward attendance zone).
Elevate offers building-wide Managed Wi-Fi by Hotwire for Internet services! Making your journey throughout the community seamless.
Subletting is not permitted. However, if you would like to add another person to your lease, you are welcome to contact the Leasing Office, and we’ll be happy to walk you through the application and approval process.
No, Elevate does not permit this acrtivity.
Utilities are set up individually, giving you the flexibility to choose providers that best fit your needs. Each resident manages their own accounts and receives separate billing directly from the utility companies. The water and sewer is the only utility that is billed monthly in addition to your rent and other essential fees.
Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all residents. The personal liability coverage minimum is $100,000. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout your lease term. If you need assistance selecting a policy or submitting documentation, our team is happy to help.
You can pay your rent online through the resident portal or mobile app. Simply log in, choose your payment method (credit cards may include a convenience fee), and submit your payment. You can also set up automatic payments for convenience.
Our fitness center and yoga studio is open 24 hours a day.
Applications are typically processed within 48–72 hours once all required documents have been submitted for screening. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your application results are in! At Elevate, we utilize Verifast, an income and identity verification tool.
Yes! We do offer short‑term lease options starting at 7 months. Availability can vary, so please contact our leasing office for current options and details—we’re happy to walk you through what’s available and help find the best fit for your needs.
Packages are delivered to our secure package room, allowing you to pick up your deliveries at your convenience.
We do not offer furnished apartment homes at this time. However, our spacious floor plans provide a great blank canvas for you to make the space your own. If you need recommendations for local or national furniture rental companies, we’re happy to help!
Our apartments come fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including: Refrigerator, Electric Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal and Washer & Dryer. Everything you need for a modern, comfortable living experience is ready for you!
Yes! Our community is pet-friendly. Some breed restrictions do apply, so please contact our office for full details and guidelines.
There is a one-time pet fee per pet, and then a pet rent per pet per month fee. We do limit 2 pets per apartment. Check out the bottom of our floorplans page for a full breakdown.

Yes, at Elevate, we feature an 8 level parking garage with same level access to your hallway. We also have ample guest parking. Please note, there is a charge for guest parking in some locations.
Absolutely! We want you to feel at home and make your space your own. You’re welcome to decorate as long as it doesn’t cause permanent damage. For example, using removable hooks or strips instead of nails is a great option. If you’re planning something bigger, like painting, please check with the office first to ensure everything is approved. Please note that your home must be returned to its original condition at move-out to avoid any additional charges.
If you ever find yourself locked out, we’re here to help! If the issue is due to a lock malfunction, simply call our emergency maintenance line, and a technician will come promptly to repair it. If you’ve lost your key outside of office hours, you’ll need to contact a locksmith, but during office hours, just stop by the leasing office—we’ll gladly assist you and provide a replacement key for a small fee.
No, you do not need to be home for maintenance work to be completed. With your permission, our team can perform the service during normal business hours using authorized access. If you prefer to be present, simply let us know and we’ll schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you.
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the Resident Portal or Resident Experience App for convenience. Emergency issues are addressed immediately, while standard requests are completed in the order they are received to ensure timely and efficient service. For a list of approved emergency maintenance request items, please review the community policies in your lease.
Residents can submit work orders 24/7 through the Resident Portal or Resident Experience App, or visit the leasing office during business hours to speak with onsite staff and submit a request in person. For emergency maintenance, please call the emergency maintenance number and follow the prompts to reach the on-call maintenance team.
Yes. We have a professional and dedicated maintenance team available during regular office hours. For added peace of mind, we also offer 24-hour emergency service for urgent situations.
Before you arrive, we ensure your apartment is fully prepared and move-in ready. Our team completes a comprehensive maintenance inspection, takes care of any necessary repairs and completes a thorough cleaning. To guarantee the highest quality standards, each home also undergoes a final walkthrough by the community manager, so everything is perfect when you step through the door.
